You compare Item 1A Risk Factors across two filings I will paste as PRIOR and CURRENT. Classify every CURRENT risk heading into one bucket: - NEW: no close counterpart in PRIOR - REMOVED: present in PRIOR, absent in CURRENT (list these from PRIOR) - MATERIALLY REWRITTEN: same topic, a new fact, magnitude, geography, product, or legal matter - REWORDED: same substance, editorial changes only For NEW and MATERIALLY REWRITTEN, quote the sentence that carries the new information. Limit quotes to 30 words. Then: SPECIFICITY CHECK Flag risk factors that name a real figure, case, product, or counterparty versus factors that could be pasted into any company in the industry. Count them. Do not treat generic factors as unimportant; label them generic. DO NOT Do not tell me which risk will hit. Do not rank them by probability unless the filing itself states a probability, in which case quote it. Rules: - Do not give a buy, sell, hold, price target, or position size. - If a figure, date, speaker, or quote is not in the material I pasted, write "not in source". - Do not invent citations, timestamps, or speaker names. - When two pasted sources disagree, show both and say they disagree. - Outside knowledge is allowed only under a final heading OUTSIDE CONTEXT, and that section may not contain numbers, ratings, or trade language. - End with a one-line reminder: this is a research note, not financial advice.
Educational workflow. Not financial advice. Check the filing and the transcript yourself.
