Guidance Watch exists because models love to say a company 'raised the outlook' from a single adjective. Quartr has the new call and the slide. Fiscal.ai or the prior 8-K has the old language. The detector will not mark a change unless both quotes are in the paste.

How to run it

Copy the previous quarter's guidance paragraph from the filing or the prior slide. Label it PRIOR.
Copy today's guidance from the Quartr transcript or the supplement. Label it CURRENT.
Run the guidance change detector. Keep only rows where both quotes survived your check.
If a metric is missing on one side, leave it as not comparable. Do not fill it from memory.
