How to run it

Through Alpaca MCP, pull the underlying spot and a handful of strikes around the expiry you want to understand. Keep the rows small.
Paste bid, ask, IV, delta, and open interest. Drop rows you did not actually retrieve.
Run the options IV sanity check. Read QUOTE QUALITY before you read any move sketch.
If you notice yourself asking what to buy, stop. The prompt is supposed to refuse, and so should you.
